Returns + Exchanges
- Returns must be received back at our corporate office in new condition within 14 days of delivery date; unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup or deodorant stains. Jewelry, Accessories, Home Decor, Animal goods & Sale items CANNOT be returned.
- Email us at email@example.com and tell us the item(s) that you would like to return with a photo of the items.
- Once we confirm your return, please ship back your approved returned items to our headquarters. (We do not provide shipping labels for returns at this time, we are so sorry for the inconvenience.) Please provide the shipping confirmation + tracking number to us once completed.
- Due to inventory levels, we do not do exchanges. You may return the item if it wasn't the correct size/look/style for your needs. Please follow the return policy for details.
- Once we receive the item(s) back, we will:
- Email you to let you know we received the item back at our location.
- See how you would like to move forward. You can either get a full refund or we can send you a different size if its a sizing issue.
*we do not do store credits, as our system is currently incapable of doing that at this time, apologies for the inconvenience.
RULES + RESTRICTIONS
- Malt + Stone is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by our carriers. Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.
- Any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
- If you have a return or exchange, please retain and have tracking information available. Malt + Stone is not responsible for items not received back to us - shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 21 days.
